Almost everything looks good, however, there are couple of outstanding items that must be addressed. Due to the potentially minor nature of these items, they are being requested via this email in lieu of a formal request letter. With that said, please address the following: 1. 15A NCAC 02H.1042(g)(vii): As a result of the additional BUA, it appears that the stormwater collection system is proposed to be modified as well, however, information regarding the proposed changes were not provided on the plans. For example, drop inlet P4 has been added and the pipe previously connecting E3 to P2 has been relocated as a result. Based on the proposed grading, drop inlet P3 may also be changing from the previously approved plans. Please provide the details of the stormwater collection system, including the inverts of the piped collection system. Please also ensure two (2) copies of an revised documents and/or plan sheets are provided. Hopefully these items will have a quick turnaround, however, please ensure that all of the requested information is received by this office by March 18, 2022. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
