Per the directions we received from you at our field meeting several months ago, our design team has revised the plans to accommodate this development with no additional impacts. A general summary of the revisions are as follows: Convert the existing bulb out at 182+00 LT to a driveway Add a right turn lane from approximately 182+00 to 185+40 LT Tie in the MUP between Sta. 176+30 to 182+20 RT Modify the medians at 182+00 and 170+00 and add signals For you review, I have attached the current and revised plan sheets (16 & 17) as well as the corresponding cross sections. These plan sheet correspond to permit drawings 36 of 83 and 39 of 83, and as discussed, are not planned to be revised. On the cross sections, I have highlighted station 110 LT in red to make it easier to compare where the original and revised toe of fill ties to natural ground. Please note that 5 ft of mechanized clearing was also permitted and mitigated for in this area. The slopes between 182+00 to 184+50 were revised to 2:1 slopes to stay within the authorized impact area and are proposed to be sodded for quicker stabilization. Please review the attached materials and let me know if the information provided is sufficient for your files and if we can move forward with this revision. As you are aware this project is wrapping up so we would like to get your approval and move forward with this revision as soon as possible. I apologize for not getting this to you sooner but I want to make sure what I provided was the final product. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you!
