I spoke with McCray Coates and Josh Surret during the inspection. The following are items that need attention: - All bare areas/slopes around the headwalls at the inlet and outlet of the pipe need cover if left exposed. - Sediment was observed downstream of the footbridge approximately 30 linear feet. Sediment needs to be removed and stablized on site. Sand bags and plastic need to be removed from the stream. Coir fiber matting should be placed on disturbed slopes adjacent to the stream. NPDES records were up to date.
