Three story house with walkway to pier -tan siding and burgundy metal
roof. Pier has 2 boat slips with upper deck. Pier also has storage room.

Water is currently washing away land due to rough waters from wake
boats. Trying to prevent more erosion. Attached is a picture reflecting the
current sea wall that is to be extended.

application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
o $240.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of less than 1 acre
o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
