Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 5-25-22 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

Per your letter the 9-10-20 sample for Fecal was 590#/100 mL which exceeded the daily
max of 25#/100mL, and exceeded the monthly average of 14#/100 mL with a 24.29#/100
mL.

The operator noted the violation was due to a sampling error. As you know we are not
able to sample ourselves out of a daily violation. We will continue to make adjustments
to the plant for full compliance.
