Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 5-25-22 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

Per your letter the 12-9-21 sample for Fecal was 136#/100 mL which exceeded the daily
max of 25#/100mL.

The residual chlorine was acceptable range at time of sample. The operator noted on the
report that the fecal hit could only be caused by a secondary contamination during
sampling or trace grease levels. As you know we are not able to sample ourselves out of a
daily violation.

Please note, we did not irrigate the effluent in December 2021. We will continue to make
adjustments to the plant for full compliance.
