Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 6-3-22 letter to Bear Lake Reserve, Boto NC Properties
LLC attached.

Per your letter the December 2021 Total Suspended Solids daily average exceeded daily
limit of 10 mg/L with a 16.2 mg/L and monthly average exceeded the monthly limit of
5.0 mg/L with a 10.6 mg/L.

The operator noted seasonal temperature changes affected the dissolved oxygen levels
which caused changes in the TSS levels. We did not receive results of the higher TSS
until after the month ended without opportunity to resample to lower the monthly
average. The operator continually adjusts air and wasting while trying to maintain a
healthy bug population with very seasonal flows.

Please not we did not irrigate in the month of December to the drip fields.
