On May 10, 2022 we received the following message: This email is to notify you that your request to rescind COC No. NCC212690 for the project Cunningham Brick Site - Drainage Improvements was not approved for the following reason: Since the property was sold and the new owners are not proceeding with any land -disturbing activity, you no longer need the erosion control plan and need to request that it be closed out. Contact Zac Lentz with the DEQ Winston-Salem Regional Office to obtain appropriate close-out documentation. Once you have that documentation, please submit a new NOT Request. You can use the same NOT Certification Form. Thank you. If you have any questions, please contact Alaina Morman with the NC Stormwater Program at alaina.morman@ncdenr.gov or (919) 707-9236.
