On May 13, 2022 1 sent the following request to Zac Lentz with the DEQ Winston-Salem Regional Office.

We received a renewal notification for COC No. NCC212690 for the project Cunningham Brick Site - Drainage
Improvements. The property was sold last October and the new owners have chosen not to proceed with the planned
work. We are requesting that the erosion control plan be closed out. Please provide the necessary documentation so
that we can correctly resubmit the NOT Certification Form.
