Hey Jordan or Mickey,
Can we please go over the designs for this development. The City of Jacksonville is putting a lot of pressure on me to
address their (and DWRs) concerns over the designs and impacts for this project. They have already started work on
phase 1 and have cleared and are grading as we speak. There are multiple existing (un-permitted) culverts on the site
that are and will continue to be problematic.
Please let me know if you have time to schedule a meeting. I can bring plans and pictures to your office any time.

Hey Jordan,
I hope all is well. Have you had a chance to go over this project? The only action id I have for it is 2012-01392. Holley and
I found a few issues with their design that I would like to go over with you. The City of Jacksonville stormwater branch
also has some valid concerns.
It would be great if we could go over the plans together. They are hiding a lot of impacts by making one large
development into several smaller developments. I also would like to do a site visit also to verify the limits of the
tributaries/wetland boundaries.
