THE EXISTING U. S. 401 EDGE OF PAVEMENT, AND VARIABLE COVER, THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES
SHALL BE FOLLOWED AT THE TWO MAIN PROJECT ENTRANCES.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE HIGH VISIBILITY SIGNS INDICATING RESTRICTION OF HEAVY
TRUCK TRAFFIC TO JOHN STARK DRIVE AS THE DEPTH OF COVER IS GREATER AT THIS LOCATION.
SAINT CLAIR DRIVE WOULD BE OPEN TO LIGHTER TRAFFIC ONLY.
