Wetland should not be shown as a "closed shape" and the wetland extends to the
southwest.
Plan Sheet 35 and 38, Sites 4, 5, 6, and 7
The USACE, DWQ, and NCDOT NES will coordinate necessary changes and
modifications to Plan Sheets 35 and 38. Both jurisdictional and non - jurisdictional
features did not agree with field observations. Once coordination is complete, the new
information will be incorporated into the permit drawings. In addition to the above, the
following are noted:
Wetlands on site 4 need to be shown on the plans.
There were concerns over the graphics of the rip rap at pipe outlets being placed in areas
designated at "TEMPORARY IMPACT." The permit drawings will be revised to clarify
the length of rip rap.
Plan Sheets 40 and 41, Site 8
The wetland graphics overlap the JS graphic. The stream as shown on the plans may not
be shown in the proper location. NCDOT NES will coordinate with Locations and
Survey and verify the correct location of the stream. The permit drawings will be revised
to show the proper location of the stream.
