The sewer lines are proposed to be located on Emerald Lane, Coral Drive, and Topaz Avenue in Rocky Mount, NC (Edgecombe County). Site design proposes 1400 linear feet of 8" PVC and 1400 linear feet of 8" DIP. The proposed sewer lines will supply 15 residential units with the estimated flow of 5400 gallons per day; all tributary to the Rocky Mount Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project is located in Tar River basin and is subject to State Buffer rules.
