Just want to let you know that NOV-2022-LV-0314 has been retracted and our computer system has
been updated to prevent further violations from being generated for NC0076431 based on the
effluent turbidity level by itself.

Sorry we mistakenly issued NOV-2022-LV-0314. The violation was triggered by the issuance of the
new version of the permit in Feb, 2022. I’ll reach out to the permit writers to get this taken care of,
and I will delete the NOV from our system.
