ted renewal of NPDES permit
NC0072877 for the Town of
Newton Grove WWTP,loc-
ated in Sampson County.This
permitted facility discharges
100%domestic wastewater to
Beaverdam Swamp, a class C;
Sw water in the Cape Fear
River Basin.Some of the para-
meters in the permit are water
quality limited.This discharge
may affect future allocations in
this segment of the Beaver-
dam Swamp.
