Good Afternoon Jeanette,

Attached is the signed resolution that affirms the support of a compliant NPDES MS4 permit by City Council. The Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk and Stormwater Program Administrator have all signed the copy of the resolution which was adopted on
June 7, 2022 at the City Council Meeting. I am sending the digital copy to you now with a hard copy via certified USPS. As he was our auditor, I am also CCing Jesse McDonnell in the Mooresville regional office to let him know we have met this
milestone. Should you or he have any questions please contact me at your convenience.

I am currently working on our draft plans to ensure that everything is appropriate for implementation. Those plans/draft documents will be going before city council before the August deadline and I will send them when they are passed.
