Good Afternoon, Last Friday we had a stormwater inspection with Mike Lawyer from the Fayetteville regional office and he noted that outfall 02 was not listed in the State's database for Mountaire Farms Inc— Maxton Feed Mill permit NCG060389. Can you add this outfall to the database? We were also granted representative outfall status for this outfall in June 2019 (letter attached) and would like to continue that representative status.
