Per our conversation just now.
The total lineal feet of stream impact is 600 Lineal feet not (1,800)
Also, the buffer impact is 14,400 Square Feet.
Both of these are incorrect on the PCN as submitted.

Thank you for the response to Notice of Violation NOV-2022-CV-0002 (NOV). The Division of Water Resources (DWR)
received the Pre -Construction Notification (PCN). Based on receipt of the response to the NOV and submittal of the
PCN, the site is progressing toward resolution of the NOV; nothing further is needed at this time. If I have any
questions while reviewing the PCN, I will contact you.
Please be aware that all projects requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification must go out to public notice. DWR issued
the public notice on March 31, 2022, which will remain open until May 1, 2022. 1 will not be able to take any final
action on the application until the public comment period had concluded.

I hope you are well. Attached is our response to the NOV issued for 310 Dula Springs Road. We have included the PCN

as submitted as well as the receipt for paying the application fee online. Also included is a letter from the owner
relative to why the work occurred without prior authorization.
I have called Amanda (Corps of Engineers, Asheville Office) and sent her an email relative to their requirements for the
project. At the time of this email she has not responded.
I will update you after she and I communicate. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions or if you need
further information. Please also respond so that we know this has been formally received.
