The cooperation of Brian Eades during the site visit was much appreciated. Please advise the staff involved with this NPDES Permit by forwarding a copy of the enclosed report. Facility staff should investigate the reason that the above ground clarifier, which was recently cleaned, appeared to have a large amount of debris since the facility is equipped with both a bar screen and grit removal. It is recommended that the debris will be removed and the clarifier be observed in order to determine the source of the debris.
