Attached are the necessary items for acceptance into the Express Review Program for "Parker Springs
Subdivision" concerning four (4) stream origin determinations. These items were requested in the Express
Review Acceptance Letter on September 4, 2007 by DWQ and are necessary for further processing of the
application. Included are:
1. The fee of $500.00 for four (4) stream origin determinations
2. Five (5) color Chatham County GIS stream. maps and 1:24,000 USGS Topographic maps of the
site
3. A vicinity map marked with the location of the proposed site.
