The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC) under General Permit
NCG520000. We do not object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG520120 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the
Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

I spoke with the permitee and he indicated that the he no longer using the site that the mining permit as been rescinded
as well.
The permit may be rescinded

have closed out this permit. Your system is showing we owe for 2021 and now for 2022, but we closed this out 2 years
ago."
The Certificate of Coverage (CoC) for the subject site was renewed in February 2021 [see attachment]. We received no
response from your firm that the site had been shut down.
If your firm no longer needs this CoC, please confirm that - and the date the pit was shut down. The Division can then
rescind NCG520120, making it Inactive.
