Lily from MRO inspected this airport site under their stormwater permit due to recent complaints and inquiry from the Winston-Salem Journal. We gave them 30 days to submit an ESC plan. There was erosion in the area cleared in 2018 mostly along the haul road, but also on the slope. A corrective action plan for these erosion issues and the qualitative monitoring reports for the first half of 2022 must be submitted by July 8, 2022 or enforcement action may be taken.
