In an effort to get ahead of the timeline and afford plenty of time to provide comments, the 30 day
clock will not begin until July 6, 2022.
Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC, provided a draft mitigation plan to our office on June 3, 2022,
for their Tobacco Road Mitigation Project (SAW-2021-00489); a modification to their approved Cape
Fear 02 Umbrella Mitigation Bank. The proposed bank site would be located in near Burlington, in
Alamance County, North Carolina, and within the Cape Fear River Basin (8-digit HUC: 03030002).
This email provides notification for the start of the NCIRT review period for the Draft Mitigation Plan
Review in accordance with Section 332.8(d)(7) of the Mitigation Rule. The 30-day review period will
start on July 6, 2022. Please provide an,v comments/concerns ,vou have by August 5, 2022.
