Dear Mr. Mirecki:
Shield Engineering, Inc. (Shield) successfully collected a monthly stormwater sample for Stormwater Discharge
Outfall (SDO) #004 at the CIRCOR Pumps North America LLC — Monroe facility on March 31, 2021. The pH
was measured at 6.3 at SDO #004. Total event precipitation was 0.03 inches. In addition to the collection of
samples, Shield performed Qualitative Monitoring at SDO #004 (attached).
