Dear Stormwater Permitting Unit;
We respectfully submit the enclosed original signed copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report (DMR) for the Granges Americas Inc. facility under General Permit Number
NCG030000, Certificate of Coverage Number NCG030127. This submission serves as the
monthly sampling eventforthe August monthly sampling as outlined in our stormwater permit.
Please note that during the month of August we were unable to obtain stormwater samples due
to a combination of several factors that included limited storm events, adverse weather
conditions, and most events occurring at night. As such, we have checked the "No Discharge" box
on the DMR. We will continue monthly sampling until three consecutive sample results are
below the benchmark values or within benchmark range as described in our permit.
