(Shield) successfully collected monthly stormwater samples for Stormwater Discharge Outfalls (SDO) #001 and #002 at the Mount Holly facility for the month of September 2021. During the September 81 sampling event, Shield's field measurements of pH were 7.00 and 7.04 at SDO #001 and SDO #002, respectively. The analytical results of the stormwater samples collected during the qualifying storm event are attached to this cover letter. In addition, the Qualitative Monitoring Report (QMR) forms and the partially completed Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) form are attached to this cover letter. The Qualitative Monitoring Reports note the presence of a faint oil smell at SDO #001 and SDO #002. In addition, both SDOs are overgrown with plants and clearing of the areas is recommended. Analytical results from the sampling event show an exceedance of Copper and Zinc at SDO #001 and an exceedance of Zinc at SDO #002.
