In addition, the DMR has been uploaded into the NCDEQ NPDES Permit Data Monitoring Report Upload system. The stormwater permit states that a storm event is one that results in an actual discharge from the permitted site outfall and the previous measurable storm event must have been at least 72 hours prior. Stormwater sampling was completed for ROS Outfalls # 003, # 004, # 005, # 006, #008, # 009, and # 012 for the month of October on Friday,10/29/2021. For this sampling event, all parameters were below the benchmark for all ROS outfalls except for Total Recoverable Zinc (as Zn) for Outfall #005. The benchmark value is for Zn is 0.126 mg/L; the sample result for Outfall # 005 was 0.169 mg/L. This exceedance will be documented in the SWPPP, and corrective action steps will be implemented to reduce this exceedance. Furthermore, BMPs (best management practices) will be utilized to assist with this reduction as well. Please feel free to contact me at 336-366-0870 with any questions or if you need anything further. Thank you for your time, and hope you have a very blessed day and week!
