Please find enclosed stormwater sampling results for Stormwater Discharge Outfalls #001 and
#002 for the Cleveland facility in the month of September 2021. The September 1611 sampling
event showed an exceedance for Zinc and Copper. Zahid Khan was notified of the exceedances
on October 19th, 2021. We are in the process now of drafting an action plan and will submit the
plan by November 51h, 2021.
