Limit of 30 mg/L Outfalls to Trout Waters (Tr) and Primary Nursery Areas (PNA) have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 10 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent
Limit of1S mg/L. Industrial Sand and Phosphate mines discharging to all other water classification have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of25mg/Landa Dally
Maximum Effluent Limit of 45 mg/L
b) See H-S of the NCG020000 General Permit for turbidity requirements.
c) Only outfalls to HOW, ORW, SA, SB, PNA, or Tr waters are required to monitor for Settleable Solids.
