This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0079057. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". No Notices were issued over the review period. March 2022 DMR was spot checked for accuracy with no discrepancies found. An Acute 24-hour Pimephales promelas pass -fail toxicity test was taken during the inspection. The result of this test was Pass. The facility is judged to be Compliant with the Toxicity Compliance Inspection.
