Additional Information Requested: Grasspave: Please provide a signed and notarized Operations and Maintenance Agreement for your proposed grasspave system. A signed and notarized Operations and Maintenance Agreement is attached for your tiles. 2. Riparian Buffer Impacts: Please add the proposed 3-foot mulch path as pervious riparian buffer ipact to the individual lot pier impact totals. The table included within the application submitted August 28, 2007 included the pervious riparian buffer impacts associated with the proposed 3-mulch path. The column identiffed as "Pervious Zone 1 Area (s>)" with each lot quantifying 75 ftz is the area of impacts proposed for the mulch paths. For further clarification, a revised table has been included along with a sketch drawing provided by the applicant. We anticipate that this answers all of the DWQ's questions in order to complete the final review process for a Modification of a Riparian Buffer Authorization. Grasspave2 consists of a series of plastic cylinders attached to a flexible grid system. The cylinders are filled with sandy gravel base course with a top layer of grass sod to crew#e an attractive, natural surface that blends with the open pasture feel of the area. The Boat ramp is not designed for frequent use. It is expected that infrequent use combined with low vehicle tire loads and speeds will ensure proper infiltration and aesthetic qualities of this system.
