17.9 Acres of offsite drainage area flow to the western property line as indicated in information provided in the packet The
majority of storm drainage installed is to bypass this water through the site. Due to site topography and locations of where offsite
water enters the property, swaling/ditching was not an option due to the high erosive nature of the existing material (as what
currently exist near the entrance adjacent to lot 26). The storm bypass lines have drops through the structures to better control
velocities of the offsite runoff
