Hi Kieu,
Please see attached our NPDES Ownership Change Request Form and the attached supporting document for Orbit
Energy Charlotte, LLC.
Per our conversation yesterday, we have re -submitted the request and attached the Purchase Sale Agreement as the
supporting document. Please see the confirmation email below.
Please see pages 55 and 56 of the attached Purchase Sale Agreement for the signatures.
As we discussed, we are unable to provide the Article of Organization as Orbit Energy Charlotte, LLC was created on
04/19/2010 that was much before we bought the company. We bought the company that owned the facility; it was a
member share purchase so there was no change in the deed because we still have the company. Also since it was a
distressed property and we bought it for a dollar there was no bill of sale for the purchase.
We will send you the original copy of the application and the supporting document via Fed Ex today.
