Good Afternoon Bethany,
I just submitted a request form for a number of contact information updates for the NDPES Stormwater Permit at our
Yard Waste Facility here in Reidsville, NC. In addition to those changes, the address for this location has changed. We
split the property from our WWTP so now the facility address is 410 Broad Street instead of 407 as listed. Can you
