Subject: DWR #14 -0092 Seawall for North Point HOA
Alan, this note is in response to the conditions for the replacement of the seawall for North Point HOA on Lake Norman
in Mecklenburg County.
In my initial letter I stated that the seawall would be replaced instead of the new wall being placed right in front of the
existing old wooded wall. The homeowner felt this would minimize the disturbance to the shoreline. Duke has asked
that we clarify this with the agencies that were initially notified.
Please let me know if your office has a problem with this.
Conditions:
1. We will follow all conditions described in type of impact and amount approved.
2. No additional impacts will be performed, that are not in the initial application.
3. No beaches or patios, etc will be place in the buffer zone.
4. The access corridor will not exceed 10 ft and if disturbed will be restored to its original condition.
5. They will be no stockpile in the buffer area
6. Work will be conducted by barge
7. They will be no stormwater associated with this application.
