Tissue Monitoring Results.

Thank you for your submittal of the fish tissue data for the above referenced facility.
Based on a review of the data provided to us, we concur that Hg, As, and Se levels in
fish tissue remain low and that there appears to be no significant deleterious effects
resulting from plant operations.
