Compliance Submittal.
Dear Mr. Corriher:
Thank you for your submittal of the data for the above referenced facility. Based on a
review of the data provided to us, we find that the Sutton Energy Complex is meeting
BTA for impingement and entrainment through the use of the existing closed cycle
cooling recirculating system resulting in intake flows of <0.5 feet per sec (fps) through
screen velocities.
