The downstream end of Site 7 on the R-2582A project did have errors on the location of the silt-fence, toe-of-slope, and
57 stone on the skimmer basin outlet. See attached photos of the slope stakes and the extent of the mech.
clearing. The disturbed outside of mechanized clear is approximately 427 sq. ft. and has been removed. I’ll send a
subsequent email with more photos and information of the cleanup. Since we’re working on a permit mode for Site 8,
do I need to add this area to the impacts for Site 7?

As this is yet another error on this project, I would like to have the Project Review Day that is scheduled for the 22 on

this project again. I spoke with Greg, and he was not going to be available on the 22 for the meeting anyway. I believe
an onsite meeting will help clear up any confusion the contractor is having on the ongoing issues of this
project. Afterward, we can look at the small bridge projects that are in Northampton County.
