Comment: I met with field rep for contractor. Staff were workine on utilities. Dewaterina was oneoiniz. Sediment
loss was evident from previous night storm event. Directed clean -out of channel to remove sediment.
Directed to protect stream bank with fabric at discharge point of dewateringPump to limit
channelization. DOT reviewed site and reported that the Town needs to be contacted since DOT has
not started with their work. Town was contacted --Brian Moore. He would ensure sediment was
removed from channel and repairs were made. Follow-up at site once DOT begins with culvert
installation.
