The LLC has been recorded and is enclosed. 2. As per our email yesterday the owners have signed a contract and are aware of the permitting. 3. The review fee is for less than 125 foot of disturbance. With some existing disturbance grandfathered on Ruffin Road. An exiting pipe and riprap have been destroyed by large storms and NCDOT loop road construction and we have to replace that pipe with our roadway construction. 4.
