Good Afternoon Mr. Anderson,
Please find attached, a sketch identifying current conditions of the perched 18" culvert and the proposed Rock Ramp
installation.
The Rock Ramp construction includes:
placement of approximately 4 inches of rock/stone on top of the headwall spreader
headwall spreader dimensions are approximately 6" X 3 ft
placement of approximately 4 inches of rock/stone inside of the 18" culvert for +/‐ 1.5 ft. Rock/stone depth will
be tapered at the termination point inside of the culvert.
continue placement of the rock/stone for approximately 6' downstream from the spreader to match the existing
stream bed
Estimated volume of rock/stone to be used to construct the rock ramp is 12 cubic feet
Sincerely,
Tom McSweeney
