Wendell Falls - Richardson Tract Clearing Plan consists of a series of subdivided
parcels and one of the lots as been sold for development by another party. The sold
lot has parcel PIN number is 1773-36-3253 and the development is covered under
Certificate of Coverage No NCC221635.
You must upload supporting documentation below. Do not upload E&SC Plans unless specific plan
sheets are the only documentation with approval for revised acres of disturbance, etc. (only upload
applicable sheets).
