Inspection Summary:
Robbie Bullock (NCDEQ DWR) met with Brandy Turley (Environmental Manager) to inspect the facility and verify treatment
units listed in the current Non -Discharge permit for Georgia-Pacific Wood Products LLC, Dudley Plywood Facility.
Georgia-Pacific Wood Products LLC, is authorized to operate a Closed -Loop Recycle System under permit WQ0003380.
The 20,585 gallon scrubber/clarifier that is listed in the current permit has been constructed and a copy of the Engineer's
certification was submitted with the permit renewal.
Ash that is generated at the facility is sent to the landfill and used for cover.
On the day of inspection the surge basin was empty and the basin had plenty of storage available.
Wastewater from the oil water separator is sent to Goldsboro WWTP for disposal.
The facility appeared to be well maintained and operated and was judged to be COMPLIANT with the Closed Loop Recycle
permit WQ0003380.
