Riparian Buffer areas are listed for all programs which may contain areas inside a Riparian Buffer zone. Please Note: All projects funded in -part or in -whole by public monies will fall under NC DEQ — DEMLR jurisdiction. Additional design considerations, buffers and regulations not listed below may apply. Extraterritorial Jurisdiction will be abbreviated as ETJ.
