On May 9, 2022, in accordance with Article 108-7 of the 2018 Standard Specifications, a temporary suspension of any scope of work involving the removal of existing structure due to our Environmental Unit identifying a nesting Carolina Wren that laid eggs was issued. All other scopes of work available to the contractor that did not involve the referenced suspended operations were available to the contractor and considered authorized work during this suspension. I was informed today the fledglings had left the nest. The Temporary Suspension of Work will be lifted today, 06/01/2022.
