Don't exceed that number in the future. If junked cars is your primary business: Apply for a NPDES Stormwater General Permit If junked cars is not your primary business: Fill out the SPPP form for your business. Follow the SPPP management practices and have the document available for an inspector during business hours. Illicit Connection Corrective Actions Disconnect it by actually severing or removing the pipe, hose, etc. ❑ Fill in the connection with cement or other permanent sealant. Warning: There can easily be 2 violations in these situations: 1 for simply having an illicit connection. 1 for discharging non-stormwater via the illicit connection.
