any

or grading
may
occur
2. Surfaces on the construction site must be stabilized
3. Sediment must be retained on site

• No delegated authority to inspect construction sites
• Enforce the City's Stormwater Ordinance when
sediment reaches the City's right-of-way (sidewalk,
gutter, street) and storm drainage system
• Require BMPs to control sediment reaching streets or
storm drains
• Require clean up of sediment that has reached the
City's right-of-way and storm drainage system
