CT called and spoke to Mr. Jones, who informed CT that he had been in touch with Junior Mobley with Water & Sewer Mgmt. on Friday 15/8/15) and that they had actually determined that the SSO was caused from the City side (the City would reimburse him for his expenses). CT called Mr. Mobley and was able to speak with him on 5/13/15 about the situation. Mr. Mobley stated that on Friday they had discovered that the line was actually city maintained and that the City was responsible for the 550. However more recently Water & Sewer Mgmt. Had discovered some contradicting building plans for the property and ultimately it was still up in the air as to who was responsible. Regardless, on Friday (5/8/15) the City had jetted the lines and Mr. Mobley said they would send out a crew to finish cleaning up the solids/mud along the path of the SSO, no problem.
