Time Period
July 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021 during normal Water Quality Unit operating hours.
Measurement and Sampling Plan
• All measurements must be conducted in situ at the outfall structure.
• All samples will be delivered to the SDWRF laboratory for analysis.
• Samples will be collected at all discharging and suspect pool outfalls, to be analyzed for fecal,
ammonia, nitrate+nitrite, TKN, total P, total Cu, total Zn, MBAS detergents, fluoride

• Cut-off time for sample delivery is 1pm. Fecal hold time is 6 hours. This means sampling will
need to occur during morning hours.
