FW: NOT Request Not Approved
High
Please accept my apology for rejecting the NOT request. I understand that both Elizabeth Shelton and Donald Aiken
are with the same company. I was looking to see that Elizabeth Shelton designated Donald Aiken as authorized
representative on the eNOT Cert form (it is possible to designate people on the eNCI Cert Form, but it is NOT possible to
do this on the NOT Cert Form). Sorry for this inconvenience. Please resubmit and the eNOT will be approved. thx

adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your

Paul — I looked at this one, and I think that one was okay?
The person who signed the form and who signed the NOT Certification were the same person, and that person was with
DH Horton, the Permittee organization. It doesn't necessarily have to be the original legally responsible person because
signature authority can be delegated to someone else in the organization.
