I understand that both Elizabeth Shelton and Donald Aiken are with the same company. I was looking to see that Elizabeth Shelton designated Donald Aiken as authorized representative on the eNOT Cert form (it is possible to designate people on the eNCI Cert Form, but it is NOT possible to do this on the NOT Cert Form). Sorry for this inconvenience. Please resubmit and the eNOT will be approved. thx Paul Clark Water Supply Watershed Protection Coordinator Stormwater Program Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources Department of Environmental Quality (919) 707-3642 paul.clark@ncdenr.gov Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. The person who signed the form and who signed the NOT Certification were the same person, and that person was with DH Horton, the Permittee organization. It doesn't necessarily have to be the original legally responsible person because signature authority can be delegated to someone else in the organization.
