The Division is in receipt of your October 26, 2018 request to modify the annual reporting cycle in the recently
issued MS4 permit and approves the modification as proposed:
1. The current annual reporting period will be October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018, with submittal by
January 14, 2019.
2. The next annual reporting period will be October 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019, with submittal by October
31, 2019.
3. Subsequent annual reporting periods will be fiscal year (July 1 - June 30), with submittal by October
31 of each year.
